Dobro - Guitar type name sounds like Russian "добро"
I have just enjoyed beautiful bluegrass music by famous "Seldom
Scene" group. That was a live concert we attended in Glen Allen art center
this evening.
Particular pleasure was listening virtuously paling on Dobro, strange looking guitar with "Russian" "good" name.
I looked up the word on Wikipedia and indeed that "Dobro" instrument name was invented having in mind the Slavic meaning of the word!

В голосованиях на сайте кандидата в президенты РВ Владимира Путина putin2012нашли неполадки - они не совсем "народные", а за негативные предложения проголосовать сложнее.
"Льготный кредит для многодетных на покупку жилья от государства" рейтинг исправно рос с числом голосов, отданных "роботом" за него. А на голосование "Предлагаю уйти в отставку!" 500 "роботизированных" голосов не оказали никакого влияния.

Субурбанизация a потом "ревитализация"
"Глава комиссии Мосгордумы по перспективному развитию и градостроительству Михаил Москвин-Тарханов заявил "Коммерсанту", что концепция не предполагает переселения 2,5 млн граждан в область "административным путем". " Имеется в виду создание новых центров притяжения с высоким комфортом проживания, чтобы начался процесс субурбанизации (переезда в развитый пригород), как это произошло в крупных городах США"."
Верно... но заметьте, эта "субурбанизация" в США привела в 50-70 годы к вымиранию и криминализации центров городов:

The popularity of the automobile changed individual and commercial behavior, and the focus of commercial activity shifted from the cities to the suburbs. During the late sixties and seventies, cities declined further as white flight to the suburbs accelerated. The result was a vicious cycle in which downtown businesses closed because of population declines, which increased the rate at which residents and visitors left downtown areas (Robertson 1999*)."
Теперь мы наблюдаем здесь в Штатах "Downtown Revitalization" - "ревитализацию (возрождение) городских центров".
Я бы посоветовал вынести урок из этого и паралельно с субурбанизазией сразу начать ревитализазию...
